Meet The Baker

Hello Puddin' and Welcome!

I'm Brittney Cain, founder and CEO of Hello Puddin'. First I would like to give thanks to GOD for making this all possible. Without him, I wouldn't be a blessing to you all. Second I want to thank my mom, dad, friends, family, and coworkers for being my biggest supporters and believing in me, and pushing me to start my own business. I appreciate all of you and love you very much.

My banana pudding recipe was inspired by my grandmother whom she passed it along to my mother. As a teen, I grew up watching my mom and auntie cook and bake different tasty treats like cakes, pies, cupcakes, and banana pudding. I started off making pound cakes. Then I mastered Key Lime, Caramel, and Chocolate cakes. As my mom passed the recipe banana pudding recipe to me and I put my own little twist to the recipe.

Banana Pudding is a tradition in my family. Everyone is nuts about it. Every holiday I'm required to make a large pan of banana pudding. It disappears at every family function in a matter of minutes. It is apart of my family traditions, and I hope that you will let my banana pudding become apart of yours as well. I hope to add several different flavors, cheesecakes, and pies soon.

Banana pudding is great for potlucks, birthdays, holidays, and weekend entertaining. Banana Pudding is made up of layers of Nilla Wafers, fresh bananas, and homemade pudding.
